What we do

Everyday support, delivered at home

Non-medical care, which means help with daily living rather than clinical treatment. If a need falls outside what we are licensed to provide, we will tell you plainly and point you to who can.

Personal care

Bathing, dressing, grooming, help getting around the house safely, and support with toileting and continence, handled with discretion.

Companionship

Conversation, shared meals, walks, hobbies, and a reliable presence during the long stretches of the day when nobody else is around.

Homemaking

Light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, grocery runs, and keeping the living space clear of the hazards that cause falls.

Transportation

Rides to medical appointments, pharmacy, worship, and errands, with a caregiver who stays for the visit rather than dropping off and leaving.

Respite for family

Scheduled relief for the family member carrying most of the load, whether that is four hours a week or a full weekend away.

Adults with disabilities

Support for adults living with intellectual, developmental or physical disabilities, including daily routines, getting out into the community, and relief for family carers.

Coming home from hospital

Extra hands during the first weeks after a stay, when the risk of a return trip is highest and the household routine has not settled.

How it works

What actually happens when you get in touch

Most families are calling about this for the first time and are not sure what they are agreeing to. Here is the whole sequence, start to finish.

Same day

A phone call

Fifteen minutes or so. We ask what is happening at home, what a difficult day looks like, and what help would actually change. Nothing is signed and nothing is charged.

Within a few days

A visit to the home

Our registered nurse walks through the home with you, looks at safety and daily routine, and writes a care plan naming who does what, when, and for how long.

Ongoing

Care begins, and we check in

We introduce the caregiver before the first shift rather than sending a stranger. The nurse follows up, and the plan changes when the need changes.

Why families choose us

Every inquiry, handled personally

Our care team reviews every inquiry personally. No call centers, no intake queues.

  • No strangers at the door

You meet your caregiver and approve the match before care begins, and every caregiver works from the same written care plan.

  • A nurse writes the plan

Care plans are prepared and supervised by a registered nurse, not assembled from a template by a scheduler.

  • Clear rates, told to you upfront

You get the hourly rate on the first call. No assessment fee, no setup fee, no minimum commitment to find out what something costs.

  • We say no when we should

If what your family needs is skilled nursing, hospice, or a facility, we will say so and help you find it rather than sell you hours we can bill.
